Did you miss the Luxury Remodeling Tour on June 9-10th?
No worries — watch a video clip for a tour of our exquisite, newly-remodeled home!

The Bluestem team created a great room addition, kitchen and mudroom for this 1939 home. Prior to the remodel, this vintage colonial had generously-sized living and dining rooms, but the homeowners needed more room for children’s activities and family life.

The remodeled kitchen with added family room provides this young family with an expansive area for cooking and socializing, while the great room’s wide-open design is ideal for informal gatherings. Through careful connections to the redesigned spaces, our designers retained the elegant, formal aspects of the home — including a gorgeous, hardworking butler’s pantry that connects the new kitchen to the traditional dining room.

In the video, notice the gorgeous deep-blue Greenfield cabinetry in the center island, paired with a natural wood surface and the gleaming white cabinetry with marble countertops. In the new back entrance, elegant meets rustic in a herringbone brick floor.

Our team worked closely with the homeowners throughout the remodeling process to ensure the completed project would meet or exceed their expectations. Both welcoming and luxurious, our Luxury Remodeling Tour guests admired the flow and functionality of the new spaces, the meticulously crafted details, and beautifully thoughtful aesthetics.
