BLUESTEM REMODELING NAMED NARI-MN 2024 GOLD RotY™ WINNER!
The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI of MN) named Bluestem Remodeling, in St. Louis Park, MN, the 2024 Gold Winner in the Residential Interior over $500,000 category of its annual awards competition.
Each year, NARI-MN presents RotY awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. This is the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers. This year there were 131 entries that totaled more than $40 million worth of remodeling projects.
Contractors from around the metropolitan area vie for RotY Awards each year. Judging is done by an impartial panel of industry experts based on:
- problem solving
- functionality
- aesthetics
- craftsmanship
- innovation
- degree of difficulty
Winners can advance to Regional and National competition, representing quality Minnesota craftsmanship and innovation. Winners at the Regional and National level will be awarded in April of 2025.

This 2000’s era condo unit was purchased by our clients to be their forever home. They loved the location, size and views, and it could be ideal for entertaining and aging in place. But – it was outdated, and didn’t meet their lifestyle or aesthetic needs.
The Bluestem Remodeling team reimagined the entire home while working within the same structure, footprint, and challenging condo regulations. The new space is a gorgeous example of Hollywood Regency design, with elegant touches of Art Deco throughout. The luxurious aesthetic and striking palette create breathtaking new spaces, completely tailored to the homeowners’ vision, lifestyle, and future needs.
