Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase
In 1948, the Twin Cities hosted it’s first Parade of Homes. It began with just a few homes, but is now one of the largest and longest-running home tours in the nation.
The Remodelers Showcase was launched in 1984, and showcased older homes that had been remodeled to fit their owners’ needs. In 2000, the Remodelers Showcase was folded into the Parade of Homes. Each year it occurs on the final weekend of the Parade of Homes as a way to highlight remodeled projects across the region.
