Project Details
We began working with these homeowners on simply a kitchen remodel in their Edina home. However, while in the midst of designing and planning their new dream kitchen, they decided to go ahead and complete several additional projects in the house at the same time. This increased the efficiency of the work and helped the budget, and in the end – also lead to both their dream kitchen AND the owner’s suite they’d longed for!
These two projects went perfectly hand and hand, turning out to be the ideal project pairing and helping them get multiple new and greatly improved spaces.

Project Details
The laundry area of this home had previously been on the main floor, adjacent to the kitchen.
After exploring various floor plan options for the kitchen remodel, the homeowners’ final decision was to expand the kitchen into the laundry area, using that laundry space to create a spacious, organized walk-in pantry. The laundry was then moved upstairs to the master suite, fitting perfectly into an unused walk-in closet, and helping to create the owner’s suite they’d long dreamed of. A secondary laundry area was then added to the basement for the rest of the family and guests to use.
The previous master bathroom was highly-dated, surfaces were wearing out, and was no where near the owners’ personal aesthetic. The final bathroom refresh plan included the addition of an automated Kohler shower system, packed with fun features and function, and plenty of visual updates to make the rooms perfectly fit their tastes. They now feel refreshed, rejuvenated and happy every time they walk by or into their new bathroom spaces.
The addition of a laundry area, updated and upgraded bathroom spaces, and a few final finishing touches ultimately created the owner’s suite these homeowners dreamed of. They couldn’t be happier with the improved function and easy of daily living.
